Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with the original tags within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different size is to return the item and place a new order.
